I lead design across omnichannel systems and the admin and monitoring layers behind them, and I'm currently driving the AI adoption modernizing the experience.
My instinct is to treat every task as part of an ecosystem: surfacing constraints and gaps early, and pushing requirements further than they arrived. What I care about most is shipping something that genuinely covers the need — and ideally outgrows it.
